2. In short

• We do not use cookies, analytics, tracking pixels, social media plugins or advertising.
• Fonts, scripts and images are served from our own domain. While you browse, your browser does not contact Google or any other third party.
• We only receive personal data when you contact us — by form, email or phone — and we use it only to deal with your request.

3. Hosting and server logs

This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, a service of Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. When you open a page, your browser automatically sends technical data that Cloudflare processes to deliver the website and protect it against attacks and misuse: your IP address, the date and time of the request, the page requested, the referring page, and your browser and operating system (user agent).

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — our legitimate interest in delivering the website securely and reliably. Cloudflare processes this data on our behalf under a data processing agreement. Cloudflare is certified under the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework, for which the European Commission has adopted an adequacy decision (Art. 45 GDPR). More information: cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.

4. Contact form

When you send a request through the form on our contact page, we process the details you enter: your name, email address and message, and — if you provide them — your company, phone number, the service you need and your site location.

The form is delivered to our inbox by Web3Forms, a service of Web3Creative, Kerala, India, which runs on infrastructure from Amazon Web Services, Cloudflare and Hetzner. Web3Forms processes your details on our behalf under a data processing agreement. Because Web3Forms is based outside the European Union, the transfer is based on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR). Web3Forms keeps a copy of each submission for [7 days] and then deletes it. More information: web3forms.com/privacy.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your request concerns a contract with us or steps before entering into one, and otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — our legitimate interest in answering enquiries.

5. Email and phone

If you email us, your message and the details it contains are processed to deal with your request. Email sent to enghubit.com is received by Cloudflare Email Routing (Cloudflare, Inc., see section 3) and forwarded to our mailbox at [email provider]. If you call us, we process your phone number and the details you give us in the same way. The legal bases are the same as for the contact form (section 4).

6. How long we keep your data

We delete personal data from enquiries once your request has been dealt with in full, unless statutory retention obligations require us to keep it — for example, business correspondence that leads to a contract must be kept for six years under German commercial law (§ 257 HGB) and accounting records for ten years under German tax law (§ 147 AO).

7. Encryption

This website is served only over HTTPS. Data you send us through the website, including the contact form, is encrypted in transit.

8. Your rights

You have the right to:

• access the personal data we hold about you (Art. 15 GDPR);
• have inaccurate data corrected (Art. 16 GDPR);
• have your data erased (Art. 17 GDPR);
• have processing restricted (Art. 18 GDPR);
• receive your data in a portable format (Art. 20 GDPR);
• object to processing based on our legitimate interests, on grounds relating to your particular situation (Art. 21 GDPR).

To exercise these rights, email info@enghubit.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR). 9. Do you have to provide your data?

No. You are not legally or contractually required to give us personal data. Without your name, an email address and a message, however, we cannot answer a request sent through the form. We do not use automated decision-making or profiling.

We update this policy when our website or the services we use change. The current version is always available on this page.
